According to a recent LinkedIn post from OpenRouter, the company is now offering access to Alibaba Qwen’s new Qwen3.5-397B-A17B multimodal model on its platform. The post highlights a hybrid architecture using linear attention and sparse Mixture-of-Experts to improve inference efficiency, with both open-weights and a Qwen3.5 Plus 1M-context variant available.

The company’s LinkedIn post suggests that Qwen3.5 targets state-of-the-art performance in language understanding, logical reasoning, code generation, and image and video understanding, with notable gains over the prior Qwen3 generation.
