OnCorps AI Names Former BlackRock Transformation Leader Ron Allen as CEO After $55M Growth Investment

New updates have been reported about OnCorps AI.

Meet Samuel – Your Personal Investing Prophet

OnCorps AI has appointed Ron Allen as Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition designed to scale the company following its recent $55 million growth investment from Long Ridge Equity Partners. Founder Bob Suh will move to the role of Chairman, retaining active responsibility for product vision and strategic direction as the firm accelerates innovation in its agentic AI platform for fund operations. Allen brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise platforms for major financial institutions, most recently as Global Head of Transformation for BlackRock’s Aladdin platform, where he led large-scale modernization of front-, middle-, and back-office workflows for global asset managers.

OnCorps AI, founded in 2011, focuses on intelligent exception resolution across fund operations, including trade reconciliations, fund reporting, and related workflows for asset managers and fund administrators. Its production-ready AI agents are trained on domain-specific data to autonomously investigate breaks, identify root causes, recommend resolutions, and learn from historical patterns to reduce future exceptions—targeting both efficiency gains and risk reduction. The new capital will be deployed to advance product development, expand go-to-market activities, and scale infrastructure to support a rapidly growing customer base that already includes institutions representing $13 trillion in assets. Long Ridge’s Jim Brown highlighted Allen’s appointment as critical to extending OnCorps’ reach into adjacent capital markets workflows, while both Brown and Suh emphasized that the combination of Allen’s transformation track record and OnCorps’ established client relationships positions the company for a next phase of AI-first middle- and back-office growth across the industry.
