Numa also disclosed the acquisition of Ficus, an AI sales platform focused on dealership variable operations, to expand beyond service and customer operations into revenue-generating sales workflows. Leadership from both companies framed the deal as a move to replace fragmented, manual dealership processes with integrated, AI-first operations that emphasize responsiveness, accountability, and profitability.
The company highlighted a growing portfolio of AI agents, including LiveCSI, Voice AI with Smart Inbox, Opportunities, Platform, and Operator, which are designed to capture missed revenue and accelerate customer response times. Case studies cited by Numa show dealerships achieving an 85% booking rate on opportunities, cutting typical response times from 24 hours to about 20 minutes, and improving customer satisfaction index scores by roughly 20 points.
Numa’s technology is also being used to address lost calls and voicemail gaps in service departments by acting as a backup to human phone coverage and initiating text conversations when calls are missed.
