Notable has secured a new deployment of its healthcare AI platform with Marshall Health Network (MHN), an academic health system in West Virginia, to digitize primary care scheduling and patient registration across the network. The rollout centers on Notable’s Inbound Scheduling and Registration and Intake workflows, enabling patients to book select primary care visits online and complete registration before arrival, which is expected to cut wait times, reduce manual processing, and improve clinic throughput.
By integrating directly with MHN’s existing clinical systems, Notable’s platform will automate front-end administrative tasks such as appointment booking, data capture, and check-in, easing paperwork burden on staff and mitigating burnout while allowing care teams to shift more time toward clinical activities. The partnership, launched last month in pilot locations, is slated to expand to additional primary care sites in the coming months, with MHN evaluating broader use of Notable’s online access tools across other service lines and facilities based on early performance and user feedback.
