Neural Concept has introduced an AI Design Copilot that embeds physics- and geometry-aware intelligence directly into the earliest stages of product design, positioning the company to become a core infrastructure layer for engineering workflows across automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, energy, and consumer electronics. Unveiled at CES and delivered as a new capability within the Neural Concept platform, the copilot can generate thousands of CAD-ready 3D geometries in minutes from high-level design intent, allowing engineers to evaluate 10 to 1,000 times more variants per iteration and cut manual modeling workloads by up to 90%. Management expects this to significantly reduce late-stage redesigns—by as much as 50%—and shift customers from point-by-point modeling to continuous, large-scale design exploration supported by multi-physics simulations, including thermal, fluid dynamics, crash, and electromagnetics.

The launch comes shortly after Neural Concept closed a $100 million Series C round led by Goldman Sachs, funding that underpins its ambition to define “Engineering Intelligence” as a new category of AI for product development and to scale enterprise adoption globally. Over the past 18 months, the company reports having quadrupled enterprise revenue and now serves more than 50 large customers, including major OEMs such as Subaru, General Motors, General Electric, Leonardo Aerospace, and multiple Formula 1 teams. The platform integrates with broader industrial and AI ecosystems, including NVIDIA Omniverse, to support scalable visualization and decision-making within existing workflows. CEO and founder Dr. Pierre Baqué frames the copilot as closing the loop from concept to decision, enabling faster, safer, and higher-performing hardware development, and reinforcing Neural Concept’s strategic positioning as the AI-first design backbone for complex, multi-physics products worldwide.
