Natter has raised $23 million in new funding to accelerate global expansion of its AI-native conversation intelligence platform, which runs thousands of concurrent one-on-one video dialogues to extract real-time insights for enterprise leaders. The round was led by Renegade Partners, joined by Kindred Capital, Costanoa Ventures, Rackhouse Ventures, Village Global, Asymmetric Capital Partners, and several prominent HR-tech founders, underscoring investor conviction in Natter’s role as core infrastructure for enterprise voice.

The company reports rapid traction, with 4x growth in 2024 and 5x in 2025, and says its customer pipeline tripled in September alone, signaling strong demand for scalable, AI-driven employee and customer insight tools. Roughly 80% of current revenue now comes from the U.S., prompting Natter to relocate its headquarters to New York City and prioritize North American enterprise accounts.

Natter’s platform is positioned as a faster and deeper alternative to surveys, focus groups, and traditional interviews, capturing and synthesizing contextual sentiment across employees, members, and customers in hours instead of weeks. A global study of 300 People and HR leaders at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 firms found Natter conversations generated more insight in 40 minutes than 500-plus hours of conventional interviews, produced 40 times more usable voice data than a typical focus group, and uncovered up to 147% more themes than legacy methods.

Enterprise clients including Accenture, ServiceNow, Mondelez, PwC, and Philip Morris International are already using Natter to inform decisions across sales, product, strategy, and HR, citing the ability to reach tens of thousands of people in a single hour and obtain synthesized findings by the next morning. Executives at these firms highlight Natter’s impact on enablement design, change management, and continuous employee listening, noting that participants feel greater psychological safety sharing candid feedback through AI-facilitated conversations than in standard surveys or focus groups.

Investors view Natter as an AI-native data and insights layer that plugs a structural gap in enterprise software, where employee and stakeholder voice has lagged other digital transformation areas. Renegade Partners emphasizes that large language models alone cannot see inside organizations without high-quality, structured conversational data, and positions Natter’s real-time video capture infrastructure and longitudinal dataset as a defensible advantage in an addressable market it estimates at roughly $180 billion.

With the new capital, Natter plans to scale its engineering, data, and product teams, further advance platform capabilities, and deepen its ability to support use cases across sales optimization, strategy development, policy design, and HR decision-making. The company has hired seasoned leaders, including the former Director of Product at Typeform and the ex-CEO and founder of Remarkable AI, to guide product strategy and execution as it seeks to establish itself as the default enterprise standard for capturing and operationalizing stakeholder voice at scale.
