Mindtickle has introduced ElevateOS, an agentic operating system designed to centralize and automate revenue enablement by unifying training, coaching, content, and deal intelligence on a single AI-driven foundation. Built on a decade of behavioral and enablement data, ElevateOS aims to close the gap between how sales teams should sell and how they actually perform in increasingly complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
The platform is anchored by a proprietary context engine that analyzes seller behavior to determine why deals are won or lost, giving CROs and revenue leaders measurable insight into team readiness and its impact on outcomes. On top of this engine, ElevateOS deploys specialized AI agents—such as AI tutoring, roleplay, manager coaching, content creation, deal guidance, and copilot capabilities—that continuously coach and guide individual reps based on CRM data and their specific readiness profiles.
