Mews used its 14th anniversary week to underscore a forward-looking strategy centered on ecosystem expansion, product innovation, and brand alignment with high-end hospitality. The company reiterated its ambition to operate as a full hospitality operating system, emphasizing automation, AI-driven revenue tools, and measurable performance gains for hoteliers.

Mews expanded its marketplace by integrating PeeKin, a lost-and-found solution that connects with its PMS to automate item registration, guest identification, and communication via email and WhatsApp. The integration aims to cut administrative workload while improving guest satisfaction, reinforcing Mews’ strategy to deepen value through specialized third-party apps.
Operational optimization remained a key theme as Mews promoted its Housekeeping app and partner tool Flexkeeping to turn early arrivals into a revenue opportunity via more efficient room readiness and check-in flows. In parallel, the Mews Training Club social series continued to provide performance-focused guidance, supporting higher user engagement and stickier platform adoption.
The company also spotlighted unconventional and luxury hospitality models through its “Matt Talks” content, featuring SWEETS hotel’s distributed bridgehouse concept in Amsterdam and De L’Europe Amsterdam’s three MICHELIN Keys. By aligning with design-led and premium properties, Mews is positioning its cloud-native solutions as suited for complex, decentralized, and high-service environments.
To strengthen partner relationships, Mews launched its inaugural Partner Awards, set to be presented at the Unfold Partner Connect event, recognizing integration and consultant partners that deliver measurable impact. This initiative complements its broader ecosystem push and could enhance partner loyalty and customer stickiness in a competitive hospitality tech landscape.
Earlier this month, Mews announced a major U.S. expansion by becoming the Official PMS partner for AAHOA, giving it access to a network that owns more than 60% of U.S. hotels. Combined with venture validation and substantial Series D backing, the week’s developments point to a company leveraging partnerships, marketplace growth, and thought leadership to reinforce its role in the digital transformation of global hospitality operations.
