Meet Caria LLC, an AI-native recruitment software provider, has raised $1 million in pre-seed financing at a $3 million valuation, providing early-stage capital to accelerate product development and enterprise go-to-market efforts. The round was led by Dubai-based ANF Investment, headed by CEO Ali Al Shamsi, and will be used to enhance Caria, the company’s AI-based recruitment platform that automates core hiring workflows such as job creation, candidate sourcing, interview orchestration, and candidate evaluation. Designed to plug into existing applicant tracking systems and broader HR technology stacks, the platform centralizes recruitment processes that are typically fragmented across internal tools, third-party vendors, and manual workarounds, positioning Meet Caria to address efficiency and scalability challenges in enterprise hiring.

Meet Caria’s product has been built and refined in collaboration with enterprise beta users including PayPal, du, and Capgemini, which have contributed feedback on complex hiring use cases and operational requirements across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. The company is currently operating in beta with clients in these regions, giving it early validation and data to inform product roadmap and commercialization strategy. Meet Caria was co-founded by CEO Darrell Mbow, an entrepreneur with a background in recruitment and enterprise consulting whose prior company was recognized among France’s Top 100 by Forbes; Mat Fuller, an Emmy-nominated creative director with global brand experience; and Ishaq Cisse, former co-founder and CMO of Molitor International Consulting and ex-Accor and Uber executive, who also serves as media contact. Technical direction is led by CTO Swatantra Kumar, founder of WhatBytes, a Y Combinator W20 alumnus and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in India, providing the company with seasoned leadership in both enterprise recruitment and scalable software engineering as it moves from beta to broader market deployment.
