Lucid Group, a leader in electric vehicle innovation, has announced significant organizational changes aimed at boosting growth and improving operational efficiency as the company scales its global presence. Emad Dlala has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Engineering and Digital, where he will oversee all aspects of product development, including vehicle engineering and digital systems. This move is expected to enhance Lucid’s technology leadership and improve cost efficiency and manufacturability. Additionally, Erwin Raphael has been appointed Senior Vice President of Revenue, tasked with driving global sales and service operations to enhance customer experience and revenue growth as Lucid enters new markets.
Marnie Levergood joins Lucid as Senior Vice President of Quality, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Scout Motors, Stellantis, and Magna. She will focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in Lucid’s vehicles. These leadership changes come as Lucid accelerates production of its Lucid Gravity SUV and prepares to launch a new midsize platform. Interim CEO Marc Winterhoff emphasized the importance of these appointments in driving innovation and execution, highlighting the critical roles of Dlala and Raphael in maintaining Lucid’s competitive edge and expanding its market reach.
