The SDK is designed to power operational actions such as card freezing via natural-language requests while providing a management web app, workflow tooling, and compliance guardrails. Lorikeet says the technology is already live with unnamed leading fintechs, signaling early commercial traction in digital banking.

In customer experience, Lorikeet highlighted adoption by brands including Talkspace, FoundersCard, Flex, Berry Street, Eucalyptus, and Arbor for its Lorikeet Coach product and recently launched MCP connectors. These offerings aim to let CX and growth teams design, test, and QA AI-driven experiences with minimal UI-heavy configuration.

The firm also showcased its Lorikeet MCP platform for high-volume support areas like billing, tax, insurance policies, and first notice of loss. Key features include semantic tool search, recovery-focused error messages, self-verification via test tickets, and fine-grained security controls such as OAuth scopes and detailed audit logs.

Beyond product updates, Lorikeet advanced its thought-leadership agenda in regulated sectors. It co-hosted a CX-focused executive dinner in Sydney with Athletic Ventures and promoted an upcoming fireside chat on the limits of AI in insurance claims and customer interactions.

Participation from leaders at QBE Ventures and SageSure positions Lorikeet within core industry conversations on responsible AI deployment. These initiatives may support deeper relationships with insurers and complex enterprises seeking automation that balances efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Taken together, the week underscored Lorikeet’s strategy as an AI orchestration and workflow layer for regulated, customer-facing operations. Growing reference customers, new connectors, and targeted go-to-market efforts in fintech and insurance point to expanding opportunities, though detailed financial and client metrics remain undisclosed.
