Loop AI has secured a $14 million Series A round to accelerate deployment of its enterprise AI platform for restaurant and retail back offices, positioning the company to capitalize on the rapid growth of delivery-led dining. The round is led by Nyca Partners, with Osama Bedier—investment partner at Nyca and former Google and GoDaddy executive—joining Loop AI’s board of directors, signaling heightened institutional confidence and added operational and payments expertise at the board level. Additional investors include Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, and several prominent angels, broadening Loop AI’s strategic network across technology and consumer sectors. Loop AI’s platform functions as an “agentic co‑worker,” automating finance, operations, and marketing workflows to help restaurant brands protect in-store margins while scaling off‑premise and delivery revenue.

The company is targeting a delivery market estimated at roughly $140 billion in the U.S. in 2025 with a 10% share of restaurant sales, and projected to reach about $1 trillion and 30% share by 2035, fundamentally reshaping site selection, channel mix, and cost structures for operators. Since 2024, Loop AI reports 6x growth and now supports more than 300 brands across thousands of U.S. locations, with customers such as Lazy Dog and Starbird using the platform to grow revenue by around 10% while improving flow‑through and treating third‑party delivery as a profitable growth channel rather than a margin drag. The new capital will fund expansion of Loop AI’s product suite and headcount across its offices in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bangalore, as the company seeks deeper penetration among enterprise and multi‑unit restaurant groups. With delivery increasingly described by management as “the new drive‑thru,” Loop AI’s strategy centers on enabling operators to meet shifting consumer behavior with data‑driven pricing, channel management, and operational automation, positioning the business to benefit from long-term structural changes in how restaurants generate and manage demand.
