Linker Vision is placing its Video Reasoning AI platform at the center of next‑generation smart city operations, highlighting deployments in Taiwan and Vietnam and a new digital twin traffic simulation initiative for San Jose unveiled at NVIDIA GTC 2026. The company is working with partners to test city operation agents capable of perceiving, simulating, reasoning, and acting on live urban data, positioning its technology as an operational layer for intelligent traffic, infrastructure, and public safety management.

The platform converts real‑time video feeds into structured, actionable intelligence, supporting situation assessment, impact analysis, and decision support across traffic control, industrial monitoring, and critical infrastructure operations. By leveraging NVIDIA Metropolis video search and summarization and NVIDIA Cosmos open‑world foundation models, alongside a digital twin–enabled training pipeline aligned with NVIDIA’s Physical AI Data Factory Blueprint and tested on Azure, Linker Vision aims to industrialize model training at scale while collaborating with telecom operators to run workloads on distributed AI grids, including edge deployments with AT&T and AI‑RAN–ready infrastructure pilots with T‑Mobile that support an active San Jose smart city project integrating point clouds, 3D twins, and vision AI for real‑time traffic optimization and urban planning.
