JetZero has appointed Scott Henry as Chief Corporate Officer, a newly defined senior role aimed at building the corporate infrastructure needed to support the company’s rapid growth and transition from development to scaled operations. Effective immediately, Henry will oversee cross‑functional areas tied to strategy execution, capital alignment, and enterprise scaling as JetZero advances toward the first flight of its full‑scale blended‑wing demonstrator for the U.S. Air Force’s next‑generation tanker program next year and prepares to break ground on its North Carolina production facility. CEO and co‑founder Tom O’Leary framed the hire as a critical step in preparing the company for its next phase of expansion, emphasizing the need for leadership that can integrate strategy, capital, and operations during an inflection point in JetZero’s trajectory.

Henry brings more than three decades of experience scaling complex, founder‑led and high‑growth businesses across technology, defense and autonomous systems, consumer electronics, gaming, media, and global hospitality. He has previously held senior executive roles at firms such as Auterion, Magic Leap, Beats Electronics/Beats Music, Las Vegas Sands, and Skillz, and has led two companies through public market debuts, as well as multiple major capital raises and strategic transactions. Earlier, he spent roughly 18 years in investment banking at institutions including Salomon Brothers, Prudential Securities, ING Barings, and ABN Amro, advising global clients on financing and M&A, an experience base that positions him to support JetZero through potential future capital events and strategic partnerships. The appointment comes as JetZero pushes its Z4 all‑wing commercial aircraft concept—targeting up to 50% lower fuel burn and emissions versus current airliners and planned commercial entry in the early 2030s—in collaboration with the U.S. Air Force, NASA, and the FAA, underscoring the company’s move from early‑stage innovation toward industrialization and long‑term scale.
