Jampack AI has raised $3.2 million in seed financing to accelerate its agent-based automation platform for consumer packaged goods brands selling through wholesale channels, putting capital behind a product already processing more than $500 million in annualized wholesale volume. The round, led by Maveron with participation from Timber Grove Ventures and industry angels, will fund engineering hires and deeper integrations across the CPG tech stack, positioning Jampack AI to embed more tightly into existing tools rather than replace them.

The company’s platform automates traditionally manual, fragmented workflows such as purchase order intake, truckload and freight scheduling, and invoicing, which often require brand operators to juggle multiple EDI systems, distributor portals, brokers, and spreadsheets. Early customer data indicates brands using Jampack AI are cutting at least 20 hours of manual work per week, reducing freight expenses by about 15%, and achieving order-to-invoice cycles that are roughly 50 times faster, which directly improves margins and cash conversion.

Co-founder and CEO Matteo Rossant built the product after managing logistics and sales operations at fast-growing CPG company N!CK’S, where he saw firsthand how rapid scale strained legacy workflows and created costly errors and chargebacks. He positions Jampack AI as a layer that orchestrates work across existing systems for both early-stage brands reliant on spreadsheets and larger enterprises running full ERP environments, aiming to remove operational drag without forcing disruptive technology overhauls.

Investors highlight Jampack AI’s combination of operational know-how and technical execution in one of the most complex parts of running a consumer brand: wholesale distribution. With new funding, the company plans to extend its network of integrations, broaden support for more retail and distributor partners, and continue capturing share of the growing volume of CPG wholesale transactions moving through automated, AI-driven workflows, with the goal of becoming core infrastructure for next-generation consumer brands.
