Intelligo Partners With RANE to Deepen AI-Driven Risk Intelligence Offering

Intelligo has entered a strategic partnership with risk intelligence firm RANE to integrate RANE’s proprietary geopolitical, regulatory, security, cyber, and compliance analysis into Intelligo’s AI-driven due diligence and monitoring platform. The collaboration is intended to give Intelligo’s clients a single, richer source of real-time, evidence-based risk assessments, combining automated analytics with human-verified intelligence to support higher-stakes investment, client onboarding, and compliance decisions.

Under the agreement, Intelligo will augment its platform with a direct content feed from RANE and tap into RANE’s global network of analysts, enhancing its coverage across financial, operational, and reputational risk domains while expanding its effective research capacity without building an equivalent team in-house. In parallel, RANE’s customers will gain access to Intelligo’s deterministic entity-resolution technology and continuous subject monitoring tools, potentially broadening Intelligo’s enterprise client base and deal flow. Intelligo CEO Ed Montes framed the move as a step toward a more unified diligence experience that fuses “big data” speed with deep investigative expertise, positioning the company to capture demand from institutions seeking to filter data overload into decision-grade intelligence and reinforcing its role as a core infrastructure provider for AML, KYC, and executive diligence workflows.
