Intelligo has launched its Compliance MCP Server, an infrastructure layer built on the Model Context Protocol that allows Limited Partners and other institutional investors to embed deterministic, auditable due diligence directly into autonomous AI investment workflows. By integrating Intelligo’s risk intelligence into MCP-based systems, the company aims to ensure that automated deal evaluation and allocation decisions are backed by verified, traceable compliance checks rather than solely probabilistic AI models.
The new server enables AI agents to automatically trigger background checks, apply firm-specific risk thresholds, and generate audit-ready compliance records without disrupting existing LP processes, positioning Intelligo as a critical control layer for AI-driven investment operations. Powered by Intelligo’s proprietary deterministic AI architecture and human-enhanced analysis, the platform combines client and Intelligo data for real-time risk assessment, which CEO Ed Montes frames as a way to prevent “risk-blind automation” and strengthen transparency, accountability, and regulatory defensibility as institutions scale autonomous decision-making.
