Hyro has entered a strategic partnership with WebMD Ignite to embed clinically validated content and decision logic into its Responsible AI Agent Platform, aiming to move patients from basic Q&A interactions to actionable steps such as triage, routing and scheduling within a single digital journey. By integrating WebMD Ignite’s healthcare intelligence layer, Hyro plans to deliver more structured, context-aware conversations that help health systems increase self-service, reduce friction and improve operational efficiency.
In the first phase, Hyro will incorporate WebMD Ignite–powered symptom assessment, triage support and clinical education content directly into its chat agents, using decision rules to recommend next-best actions including specialty referrals, escalation to care navigators, class registration or appointment booking so that interactions consistently lead to outcomes rather than dead ends. The jointly powered capabilities will be sold as part of Hyro’s enterprise platform, with initial deployments targeting guided symptom and care-navigation use cases, which CEO and co-founder Israel Krush positions as a clinical-grade intelligence layer that can strengthen patient experience while reinforcing Hyro’s positioning as a core AI infrastructure provider for health systems.
