HOPPR has integrated NVIDIA’s NV-Reason and NV-Generate open models into its HOPPR AI Foundry, positioning the company as a central platform for advanced reasoning and generative AI in medical imaging. Announced at NVIDIA GTC 2026, the move gives developers secure access to NVIDIA’s medical imaging models on HOPPR’s HIPAA-aligned, cloud-based environment for building, refining, and hosting imaging AI.

The HOPPR AI Foundry runs on NVIDIA A100 and H100 GPUs and uses technologies such as TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, and MONAI-based transforms to support large-scale training, optimized inference, and accelerated imaging workflows. By embedding NV-Reason, the Foundry can now support multimodal reasoning that outputs structured analytical steps alongside image interpretations, improving transparency and clinical explainability.

NV-Generate adds the ability to create high-fidelity synthetic DICOM datasets with 3D images, segmentation masks, and anatomical labels, giving HOPPR customers a path to expand training data where real-world images are scarce or tightly regulated. Together, these capabilities enhance HOPPR’s value proposition as a development hub for next-generation imaging AI systems that demand both robust data and interpretable outputs.

NVIDIA executives highlighted that platforms like HOPPR’s are critical to scaling healthcare AI on accelerated computing infrastructure, underscoring HOPPR’s strategic position in the ecosystem. HOPPR’s CEO, Dr. Khan Siddiqui, framed the integration as a step into a new era of imaging AI where models can both reason about clinical images and generate new data to speed application development.

For health systems, medtech firms, and AI startups, the expanded Foundry offering means faster experimentation cycles, improved auditability, and greater control over data governance within a traceable development framework. HOPPR’s Forward Deployed Services team can further fine-tune these NVIDIA models to specific customer use cases, supporting commercialization efforts while remaining aligned with regulatory and quality standards. In aggregate, this integration strengthens HOPPR’s competitive position as an infrastructure and tooling provider for enterprise-grade medical imaging AI.
