Hippocratic AI has launched two voice-based AI products, positioning the company as a key infrastructure player in clinical operations: AI Front Door, a 24/7 omni-topic patient access agent, and Nurse Co-Pilot, the first voice assistant purpose-built for inpatient nurses. Both offerings run on the company’s Polaris safety architecture, which Hippocratic AI reports has been validated across more than 180 million patient interactions with 99.90% correct clinical guidance and no severe harm events, a metric aimed squarely at payer and provider risk committees.

AI Front Door is designed to consolidate fragmented call centers and digital front-door tools into a single conversational agent that can manage scheduling, clinical queries, billing issues, logistics, and care navigation across phone, text, and app channels. The system maintains longitudinal context across interactions, coordinates referrals and transportation, and supports caregiver involvement, and is already in deployment with early partners including WellSpan and Cincinnati Children’s, signaling an initial revenue ramp and reference base.

Nurse Co-Pilot, co-developed with Cincinnati Children’s, OhioHealth, and Cleveland Clinic, targets nurse labor constraints by automating four high-frequency workflows: admission education, ongoing patient education, caregiver training for post-discharge care, and medication adherence counseling. Hippocratic AI estimates these tasks typically consume 10–15 minutes per workflow, translating to a potential return of 1–4 hours per nurse per shift for direct bedside care, a value proposition aimed at hospitals battling staffing shortages and burnout.

The product is launched directly from the EHR, with nurses triggering each call, the AI engaging patients or caregivers by phone without requiring app downloads, and structured summaries plus full transcripts written back into the EHR for clinical review and oversight. Leadership frames these tools as enabling a shift from a scarcity-driven care model to one of greater capacity by pairing every patient with a persistent AI health agent and every nurse with a dedicated AI assistant, which, if broadly adopted, could materially expand Hippocratic AI’s footprint as health systems scale digital workforce strategies.
