HappyRobot has appointed former Palantir Technologies executive Mia Bjorkenstam as Managing Director for EMEA, signaling a stepped-up push to scale its AI workforce platform across the region. Based in London, Bjorkenstam will oversee go-to-market strategy, key enterprise relationships, and regional operations, building on HappyRobot’s existing foothold with large clients such as Naturgy and CMA CGM.
Bjorkenstam brings experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade software from her roles as Deployment Strategist and Commercial Lead in Palantir’s deal organization, where she specialized in turning complex customer needs into measurable business value. HappyRobot’s leadership expects her appointment to help institutionalize a partnership-driven deployment model for its autonomous AI workers, supporting over 150 enterprise customers and enabling scaled, lower-risk automation across functions and geographies in EMEA.
