Gyde, a new Finance and Insurance (F&I) selling platform from JM&A Group, is being positioned as a core enabler of more efficient, data-driven F&I operations across automotive dealerships. Built on decades of historical transaction data and a consumer profile engine, Gyde is designed to replace fragmented tools in the F&I office with a single integrated system that personalizes product menus, streamlines the transaction, and delivers detailed reporting and analytics. By aligning product presentation with individual customer profiles and expectations for speed and transparency, Gyde aims to increase product penetration, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance dealer margins while integrating seamlessly with existing sales technologies to eliminate data silos.
In its introductory rollout, Gyde will be deployed in phased waves to select dealer partners before broader expansion across JM&A’s network, which spans thousands of U.S. dealerships. The platform functions as a digital F&I advisor, effectively scaling the capabilities of a dealership’s best F&I manager to every deal, and is intended to support sustainable growth through higher attachment rates, better customer education, and more consistent execution. JM&A executives emphasize that Gyde is a strategic response to evolving consumer expectations and competitive pressures in automotive retail, positioning participating dealers to adapt their F&I processes for a more digital, integrated retail environment and to drive long-term improvements in revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.
