Growers Edge has partnered with soil health company MyLand to launch a performance-backed program that uses field-level data and financial guarantees to accelerate adoption of regenerative soil solutions. The initiative targets a key barrier for specialty crop growers—uncertainty around the real-world return on investment from new agronomic practices—by combining side-by-side field trials with a Crop Plan Warranty that protects growers if expected ROI is not achieved.
Under the collaboration, Growers Edge applies its risk assessment and warranty framework to MyLand’s Soil as a Service model, which uses farm-specific microalgae delivered through existing irrigation systems to improve nutrient availability, water efficiency, and overall soil performance. For the 2026 crop year, the program is initially available to almond, pistachio, and apple growers in California and apple growers in Washington, positioning Growers Edge to deepen its footprint in high-value specialty crops while demonstrating a scalable template for tying financial products to verified agronomic outcomes.
