Gong is positioning its Revenue AI platform around a widening trust gap that is slowing enterprise AI deployment, backed by new research across more than 2,000 U.S. and U.K. business leaders and internal Gong Labs data. The company reports that 58% of firms have stalled AI projects and that 46% of planned AI investments are on hold, with executives citing data privacy, security, explainability, and model transparency as primary obstacles rather than budget constraints.

Gong is responding by embedding enterprise-grade governance, security, and explainability directly into its Revenue AI Operating System, which is trained on aggregated, de-identified insights from more than 25 million sales interactions and includes custom redaction capabilities for regulated industries. By framing security and AI trust as revenue-critical issues and emphasizing clear articulation of AI outputs, guardrails, and training data usage, Gong aims to differentiate its platform, unlock delayed AI spending, and help revenue teams move from experimentation to scaled deployment while mitigating regulatory and reputational risk.
