Fresha was named to VivaTech’s 2026 Top 100 Rising European Startups, the only beauty and wellness booking platform in the cohort. The recognition highlights strong growth metrics, including serving over 140,000 businesses, processing more than 35 million monthly appointments, and sustaining annual revenue run rate above $140 million with over 60% year-on-year growth.

The company advanced its product roadmap with the launch of a “Bookable Resources” feature, enabling venues to schedule and manage non-staff assets such as float tanks, saunas, sunbeds, and treatment rooms. This capability extends Fresha’s platform beyond staff-centric bookings, aiming to improve asset utilisation, support more complex multi-site operations, and deepen integration into clients’ day-to-day workflows.

Fresha also announced a collaboration with Amazon’s Alexa+ to support AI-driven voice bookings for beauty, wellness, and self-care services via Alexa-enabled devices. By connecting discovery and rebooking through voice interfaces, the integration is designed to capture demand at the moment of intent, potentially lifting transaction volumes and reinforcing platform stickiness for merchants.

On the ecosystem front, Fresha expanded its 2026 Awards program, now active in 15 countries and 10 languages, adding new coverage in Singapore, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. An in-product Awards Hub allows partners to access and promote accolades directly, a move that may enhance engagement, bolster word-of-mouth marketing, and strengthen network effects across the marketplace.

Internally, Fresha ran what it describes as its largest engineering hackathon, with 30 teams across London, Warsaw, and Pristina focused on accelerating development workflows such as CI pipelines, automated testing, and design tools. Several winning concepts are already moving toward production, suggesting near-term efficiency gains and shorter cycles from experimentation to implementation.

The company also promoted a “Selfcare Bingo” wellbeing initiative at its London headquarters, linking culture-building efforts with ongoing hiring across the organisation. These investments in engineering productivity and employee engagement could support scalability, talent retention, and operational leverage as Fresha continues to grow its global footprint.
