Fresha said its platform now facilitates billions in processed transactions and tens of millions of monthly bookings, with double-digit growth among top-tier brands, underscoring its expanding scale in the self-care software market. The company was also named to VivaTech’s 2026 Top 100 Rising European Startups, the only beauty and wellness booking platform in the cohort.

The VivaTech recognition was supported by disclosed operating metrics, including more than 140,000 businesses served, over 35 million monthly appointments, and an annual revenue run rate above $140 million with over 60% year-on-year growth. These figures point to a strong transaction-driven revenue base and continued momentum in its core markets.

On the product side, Fresha launched a “Bookable Resources” feature that lets venues schedule and manage non-staff assets such as float tanks, saunas, sunbeds, and treatment rooms. This expansion beyond staff-centric booking is designed to improve asset utilization, support complex multi-site operations, and deepen integration into customers’ daily workflows.

The company also announced a collaboration with Amazon’s Alexa+ to enable AI-powered voice bookings for beauty, wellness, and self-care services via Alexa-enabled devices. By linking discovery and rebooking through voice interfaces at the moment of customer intent, the partnership could lift transaction volumes and increase platform stickiness for merchants.

Fresha expanded its 2026 Awards program to 15 countries and 10 languages, adding markets such as Singapore, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong while launching an in-product Awards Hub for partners. The initiative aims to boost engagement and word-of-mouth marketing, reinforcing network effects across the marketplace.

Internally, Fresha held its largest engineering hackathon to date, with 30 teams across London, Warsaw, and Pristina working on improvements in CI pipelines, automated testing, and design tools. Several winning projects are already moving toward production, which may enhance development efficiency and shorten time-to-market for new features.

The company also promoted a “Selfcare Bingo” wellbeing initiative at its London headquarters alongside ongoing hiring efforts, aligning culture-building with workforce expansion. Overall, the week’s developments reflect accelerating platform scale, continued product innovation, and operational initiatives that support Fresha’s growth trajectory in the global beauty and wellness software sector.
