Flock AI, a New York–based AI-native visual commerce platform for fashion and retail, has secured a $6 million seed round led by Work-Bench, bringing its total funding to $7.5 million and positioning the company to accelerate product development and go-to-market execution. The platform functions as a creative co-pilot for merchandising and creative teams, using custom AI models and reinforcement learning to generate brand-accurate product imagery at scale while preserving human creative oversight.
Designed to address the structural shift in ecommerce toward highly personalized, high-quality visual content, Flock AI claims its fashion-trained models capture more than 200 visual attributes per brand and learn from creative feedback and conversion data to improve what drives sales. Early brand customers report up to 90% cost savings versus traditional photoshoots and conversion rate increases above 30%, suggesting a direct revenue and margin impact for users as they expand one-to-one commerce with more representative imagery across body types, skin tones, and ages.
