Fleetio Launches Fleet Map to Centralize Asset Visibility and Cut Downtime

New updates have been reported about Fleetio.

Fleetio has introduced Fleet Map, a new map-based interface designed to centralize asset locations, job sites, maintenance status, and nearby repair options in a single view, aiming to accelerate service decisions and reduce fleet downtime. By pairing Fleet Map with automated approvals in Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Network, which spans 110,000 repair facilities, the company reports fleets can save roughly three hours for every 10 maintenance transactions, directly lowering disruption and labor coordination costs.

The feature gives fleet operators a source-agnostic view that aggregates data typically scattered across telematics tools, spreadsheets, and manual communications, allowing managers to quickly locate downed assets, review service history, and route work to suitable vendors without switching systems. Fleetio, which supports more than 8 million vehicles and over 8,000 fleets in 100-plus countries and processes around 13 million repair orders annually, positions Fleet Map as a further step in its strategy to serve as an operating system for fleet maintenance, tightening workflow integration and potentially boosting platform stickiness and transaction volume across its repair shop network.
