Findem has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI, a skills validation and identity verification platform, in a move that turns Findem into an end-to-end, AI-driven hiring solution centered on delivering “hire-ready” candidates. By combining Findem’s talent discovery engine with Glider’s assessments, autonomous AI interviews, and identity checks, the platform is designed to surface, evaluate, and verify candidates before they ever reach hiring managers.
The transaction, for which terms were not disclosed, is expected to close in the coming weeks subject to customary conditions, after which Glider will continue operating under its own brand within Findem’s expanded platform. Strategically, the deal positions Findem to compete for a larger share of the roughly $650 billion global staffing market by consolidating capabilities that enterprises and staffing firms typically source from multiple vendors, including direct sourcing, worker curation, and compliance checks.
Executives say the combined platform aims to eliminate fragmented recruiting workflows and reduce supplier dependence by delivering a single AI-driven pipeline of candidates whose skills and identities have been verified. Findem’s proprietary Labeling Engine, which converts billions of unstructured people-data points into “Success Signals” and “Relationship Signals,” will now be linked directly to Glider’s validation layer, creating a continuous workflow from discovery to verification and enabling more confident hiring decisions.
For large employers and staffing providers, the integrated offering is intended to cut sourcing and screening costs while improving match quality, allowing savings to be redeployed into more competitive compensation or strategic workforce initiatives. In parallel, Findem is rolling out outcome-based pricing tied to actual hires, signaling management’s confidence that the platform can consistently generate hire-ready talent and aligning its revenue model more closely with customer results.
Industry analysts note that AI is accelerating the shift away from process-heavy, tool-fragmented recruiting toward platforms that are measured on hiring outcomes, particularly in contingent and high-volume hiring. By embedding skills validation and identity integrity into its core talent AI stack, Findem is positioning itself not just as a recruiter productivity tool but as a foundational infrastructure layer for skills-based hiring, with potential implications for executive search, internal mobility, and workforce planning across its enterprise customer base.
