Faye has acquired CRM Science, a specialized Salesforce and Agentforce partner and multiple-time Salesforce Partner Innovation Award winner, in a move that materially expands Faye’s Salesforce and AI automation capabilities for mid-market and enterprise clients. All CRM Science employees and customers will transition to Faye, gaining access to its broader software optimization portfolio and global support footprint spanning platforms such as SugarCRM, Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot.
This is Faye’s 12th acquisition in a decade and reinforces its strategy to build a comprehensive, cross-platform sales, service, and marketing solutions business. By combining Faye’s expertise in integrating CRM, CX, marketing automation, and ERP systems with CRM Science’s depth in Salesforce and Agentforce implementation, the company aims to help clients extract greater value from complex, multi-platform environments and scale AI-driven automation, an area executives increasingly view as central to productivity and return on technology investment.
