Everlaw also promoted its new Everlaw Public Request Intake Management and Ediscovery (Prime) solution for government agencies managing FOIA and public records workflows. The unified platform is designed to streamline intake, review, and redaction, aiming to reduce manual workloads, errors, and request backlogs amid rising transparency obligations.

By targeting FOIA and public records challenges, Everlaw is positioning itself to capture recurring, contract-based revenue in the public sector, where regulatory and transparency pressures remain durable. Integration of automation and AI-enabled efficiency aligns the offering with digital transformation priorities across federal and state agencies, potentially deepening switching costs for institutional customers.

On the product side, Everlaw detailed enhancements to its legal holds capabilities for in-house legal teams as part of its May release. New features include a Workday connector for automatic custodian syncing, integrated questionnaires for contextual data, expanded API access to hold information, and active or inactive status filters to organize matters.

These updates are aimed at automating preservation tasks, improving early case assessment, and strengthening compliance reporting, which may increase platform stickiness and upsell opportunities among large enterprises. The focus on defensible workflows and HR-system integrations reinforces Everlaw’s position in the competitive e-discovery market.

Operationally, Everlaw disclosed a six-month Deal Desk Analyst role in San Francisco to address a quoting backlog during what it calls a high-growth period. The position will coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to manage complex deal structures and ensure accurate provisioning and billing.

This temporary capacity increase points to elevated deal volume and a disciplined approach to cost management as the company scales. Everlaw also continued community-building around its Everlaw Summit ’26, seeking speakers and award nominees to deepen engagement with legal professionals.

The summit initiative supports Everlaw’s thought-leadership profile and provides a channel for customer feedback that can inform product development.
