The LinkedIn post indicates that City Breeze is the second project under construction in esVolta’s Texas-based Ironhorse portfolio, alongside the Boxcar project, together targeting 290 MW of installed capacity on the ERCOT grid. The post further suggests that esVolta now has more than 1.5 GWh of energy storage in operation or construction across Texas, which may signal growing scale, potential revenue expansion from grid services, and a strengthened competitive position in the state’s energy storage and reliability infrastructure market.
