Elevate has appointed veteran healthcare and fintech executive Megan Fenlon as chief operations officer, placing her in charge of partner services, implementation, customer support, and banking operations as the company scales its API-driven, AI-enabled benefits platform. CEO Brian Cosgray said Fenlon’s mandate is to systematize faster onboarding, reduce operational handoffs, and ensure consistently high platform reliability as Elevate’s growth accelerates.
Fenlon previously led risk modeling, analytics, and AI-enabled product initiatives at Optum, ConnectYourCare, and Fannie Mae, including helping launch a new Optum product and division in Ireland, experience that Elevate expects to translate directly into operational efficiency, stronger customer experience, and improved financial performance. Elevate, founded in 2020 as a fully cloud-based, API-first platform for consumer-directed benefits such as HSAs, HRAs, commuter, and lifestyle accounts, is betting that tighter operations under Fenlon’s leadership will enhance partner time-to-value and support profitable scaling in a benefits administration market rapidly shifting away from manual, portal-based processes.
