Eagle Wireless has raised $30 million in a Series B round led by Asymmetric Capital Partners and The O.H.I.O. Fund, bringing total funding to $44 million and reinforcing its position as the only Western cellular module maker focused on both IoT and automotive markets. CEO Norbert Muhrer said the capital will accelerate 5G R&D and support the company’s move from components into full-device production in the United States as customers shift from 4G to more complex 5G connectivity needs.
The company, founded in 2024, turned on production in Ohio in July 2025 and expects to activate more than $100 million in committed run-rate module revenue over the next 12 months, providing a base for upselling device manufacturing and design services to blue-chip customers. Eagle plans to leverage its existing module platforms, domestic manufacturing footprint, and long-standing customer relationships to offer field-ready devices that shorten time-to-market, reduce supply chain risk, and strengthen U.S. connectivity infrastructure, with backers citing the firm’s execution track record and its opportunity to evolve from a module supplier into a full-device partner at scale.
