DJI has launched the FlyCart 100, a next-generation delivery drone, marking a significant advancement in the company’s aerial delivery capabilities. With a payload capacity of up to 100 kg, the FlyCart 100 surpasses its predecessor, the FlyCart 30, which was notable for its use on Mount Everest. This new model is equipped with enhanced features such as faster charging, an intelligent safety system with LiDAR, a parachute, and multi-sensor obstacle avoidance, making it suitable for diverse operational environments. The introduction of the DJI Delivery App and DeliveryHub further streamlines flight operations, offering improved management and real-time monitoring capabilities.

The FlyCart 100’s design enhancements include a coaxial four-axis, eight-blade rotor configuration, optimized wing design, and larger motors, enabling it to carry heavier loads over longer distances. It can transport up to 65 kg for 12 km using a dual-battery setup and up to 80 kg for 6 km with a single battery. The drone’s ultra-fast charging capability, supported by the C12000 charger or D14000iE generator, ensures minimal downtime, while its new Flagship Winch System facilitates efficient loading and unloading. With an IP55 rating, the FlyCart 100 is built to operate in harsh conditions, maintaining functionality in temperatures from -20°C to 40°C and winds up to 12 m/s. This launch positions DJI at the forefront of the drone delivery market, expanding its applications across emergency response, construction, and logistics sectors.
