Distru Expands Cannabis Market Reach With Aggressive Event Strategy and Metrc Partnership

Distru, a cannabis supply chain and compliance software provider, spent the week spotlighting an aggressive events strategy across key U.S. markets. The company is emphasizing business development at the High Supply Show in Los Angeles, NECANN Boston, MJ Unpacked in Atlantic City and a Hudson Valley, New York cannabis event in mid-May.

At the High Supply Show, Distru is hosting visitors at booth B206 and reprising a “brand spotlight” activation to help California retailers discover products and streamline menu purchasing. The company is engaging with regional brands including AyPapiCo LLC, Meli LBC, Beyond Legends, Claybourne Co., Punch Edibles & Extracts, Traditional, Left Coast Extracts, Rokin and Farm2Lab.

In New York, Distru will appear at booth G13 at the Hudson Valley event alongside brands such as Snoozy, NOWAVE, Minny Grown, The Bettering Company and HOUSE OF SACCI. These activities highlight a targeted effort to deepen relationships across California and New York cannabis supply chains and expand visibility among operators.

Beyond trade shows, Distru plans to support Metrc at User Exchanges in Ohio, Illinois and Michigan, reinforcing alignment with a core compliance technology partner. This collaboration is intended to strengthen Distru’s positioning in compliance-heavy markets by integrating closely with established regulatory frameworks.

Collectively, the week’s announcements point to a strategy focused on market engagement, retailer networking and partnership-driven growth rather than near-term product launches. While no financial metrics were disclosed, the expanded event schedule and Metrc collaboration could underpin future lead generation, customer acquisition and broader platform adoption.
