Didero, a New York–based AI procurement software company, has secured a $30 million Series A round co-led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from M12, Microsoft’s venture arm, to accelerate deployment of its autonomous procurement agents for global manufacturers and distributors. The capital will fund product development, hiring across engineering, sales, and customer success, and broader go-to-market efforts as the company positions its platform as core infrastructure for supply chain operations.
Didero’s AI agents plug into existing systems such as email and ERP platforms, learn product, pricing, and policy context, and then take over routine workflows including supplier communications, order tracking, and exception handling, cutting manual effort while improving visibility and cycle times. Founded in December 2023, Didero already works with more than 30 manufacturing and distribution customers, and investors highlight its rapid deployment speed, measurable efficiency gains, and fit within the Microsoft ecosystem as key drivers of adoption and a catalyst for a broader, multi-decade transformation in AI-enabled supply chain management.
