DealHub.io has secured a $100 million growth investment led by Riverwood Capital to scale its AI-driven Quote-to-Revenue platform and expand globally, marking a significant capital infusion aimed at accelerating product development and go-to-market execution. The company plans to use the funds to advance its Agentic Revenue Hub, which is designed to support increasingly complex monetization models, including subscriptions, usage-based and AI consumption pricing, and hybrid approaches across sales-led, product-led, and self-service motions. CEO Eyal Elbahary said the financing will enable DealHub to push further into autonomous and adaptive revenue execution, giving enterprises tighter, real-time control and intelligence over how revenue is orchestrated end-to-end. Riverwood Capital’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner Jeff Parks framed the investment as a bet on DealHub’s ability to re-architect revenue execution for large enterprises that are outgrowing legacy CPQ and billing tools.

At the center of DealHub’s strategy is its Revenue Autonomy Platform, which unifies CPQ, subscription management, contract lifecycle management, billing, revenue recognition, DealRoom, and API-first headless quoting in a single AI-orchestrated backbone. The company is positioning this integrated stack as a way for enterprises to handle rapid pricing innovation and multi-channel go-to-market complexity while maintaining revenue predictability at scale. For executives, the key implications are faster support for new pricing and packaging models, improved visibility across all revenue streams, and reduced operational risk from fragmented or inflexible legacy systems. The partnership with Riverwood brings not only capital but also operational and scaling expertise that should support DealHub’s global expansion plans, particularly as AI-driven revenue infrastructure becomes an increasingly critical layer in enterprise technology stacks.
