Daymark Health has established a Clinical Advisory Board composed of nationally recognized leaders in oncology, value-based care, and health policy to guide its strategy as it scales its cancer care platform. The board will advise Daymark on clinical model design, operational execution, and partnership strategy with health plans and providers, reinforcing the company’s bid to become a core infrastructure partner in supportive cancer care.

Members include senior executives and clinicians such as Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Cardinale Smith, Affordable Care Act architect Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, population health operator Carol DeVol, oncology value-based care expert Dr. Jennifer Malin, former U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs Dr. David Shulkin, Cancer Nation CEO Shelley Fuld Nasso, rural cancer care researcher Dr. Kathi Mooney, and former Humana and US Oncology CMO Dr. Roy Beveridge, who also chairs Daymark’s executive board. Their combined experience spans payer strategy, risk-bearing care models, home-based care operations, and national health policy, positioning Daymark to strengthen payer relationships and accelerate adoption of its in-home and virtual supportive care services.

The advisory board will contribute to Daymark’s efforts to refine symptom management, care navigation, and mental health support for cancer patients, with a particular focus on scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with the needs of health plans and large provider groups. Board members are also expected to support relationship-building with health plans, provider organizations, and other stakeholders, potentially opening channels for new contracts and broader market access for Daymark’s services.

Co-founder and CEO Dr. Justin Bekelman stated that the board will help ensure Daymark’s offerings remain clinically robust and responsive to evolving demands across oncology care delivery and value-based reimbursement. By integrating perspectives from hospital leadership, federal health system management, and patient advocacy, Daymark aims to enhance patient outcomes and experience while supporting payers’ cost and quality objectives through its virtual and in-home wraparound care model, delivered in coordination with patients’ existing oncologists.
