Darwin AI Expands Public Sector Reach Through Carahsoft Aggregation Deal

Darwin AI has signed a distribution partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp. that positions the company’s AI governance and visibility platform at the center of state and local government procurement in the U.S. Under the agreement, Carahsoft will act as Darwin AI’s Master Government Aggregator®, making Darwin Govern™ and Darwin LaunchPad™ broadly available via its reseller ecosystem and major cooperative contracts, including NASPO ValuePoint, TIPS, OMNIA Partners and Texas DIR.

For Darwin AI, the deal materially widens its sales channels into the public sector at a time when agencies are under growing pressure to govern AI use, comply with evolving state laws and maintain audit-ready oversight of “shadow AI” and embedded vendor tools. The platform provides real-time enterprise visibility, policy-aligned controls and workflow guardrails that help agencies manage AI risk while enabling mission-specific innovation, and it can now be purchased through multiple pre-competed contracts that shorten procurement cycles and lower adoption friction. CEO and Co-Founder Noam Maital framed the partnership as a way to scale responsible AI deployment across government, while Carahsoft executives highlighted Darwin AI as a core component of their broader AI portfolio, signaling potential for increased pipeline, faster deal velocity and deeper penetration in U.S. state and local markets.
