Cytovale has created the new role of chief marketing officer and appointed MedTech veteran Eric Khairy to lead global marketing as the company pushes broader adoption of IntelliSep, its rapid, U.S. Food and Drug Administration‑cleared sepsis diagnostic. The company is positioning this move as a key step to convert clinical traction into commercial scale, after IntelliSep has already been used in more than 65,000 patients in emergency departments.

Khairy previously led marketing and commercial operations at Inari Medical, where he helped drive revenue growth from $6 million to $600 million and supported the company’s trajectory from early‑stage startup through a $1 billion initial public offering and a subsequent $4.9 billion acquisition by a large strategic buyer. Cytovale’s leadership believes his track record in building high‑growth commercial engines will accelerate IntelliSep program deployment, strengthen execution with hospital customers, and support the company’s venture‑backed growth strategy in the high‑cost sepsis market, where earlier diagnosis can materially impact outcomes and resource utilization.
