Contentstack has expanded its role with Bay FC, securing a multi-year mandate to serve as the club’s core digital experience platform as the National Women’s Soccer League team enters its third season. The deal moves Contentstack from an initial sponsorship and limited matchday activation in 2024 to powering Bay FC’s fan-facing digital ecosystem using its Agentic Experience Platform.
Bay FC, which has ranked among the league’s top five in attendance during its first two seasons, will roll out Contentstack in phases during the 2026 campaign, initially focusing on personalized journeys to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket sales. By consolidating content, personalization, and AI-driven orchestration on Contentstack, Bay FC’s digital team can manage complex campaigns in-house, adjust ticketing promotions in real time, and continuously test and optimize messaging and creative across channels.
