Cohere Health has introduced Cohere Surface, an agentic AI-powered claims intelligence platform designed to give health plans full transparency into the drivers of overpayments and tighter control over their data mining programs. By replacing opaque, contingency-based vendor models and IT-heavy in-house processes, the new solution aims to compress rule development from months to hours while exposing rule logic, root causes of errors, and overpayment patterns to plan leadership.

Cohere Surface integrates structured and unstructured data such as claims, contracts, benefits, policies, and clinical documents into a unified data fabric, enabling more accurate adjudication, continuous rule refinement, and proactive payment integrity decisions.
