The company highlighted a customer case study featuring HighLevel, a marketing and sales platform serving 90,000 agencies and 3 million small businesses. HighLevel migrated from a mixed stack of MySQL, Elasticsearch, Firestore, and a document database to ClickHouse Cloud to handle billions of daily events related to lead activity, automation, messaging, and billing. According to the update, this migration reduced lead activity query times from over six seconds to under 200 milliseconds, shrank workflow log storage from 60 TB to 6 TB, enabled more efficient large-scale notification state management, and moved revenue dashboards from day-long delays to real-time visibility.
For investors, this case study underscores ClickHouse’s value proposition in high-volume, data-intensive workloads and illustrates concrete performance and efficiency gains for a sizable enterprise customer. Demonstrated improvements in latency, storage efficiency, and real-time analytics capabilities may strengthen ClickHouse’s competitive positioning versus traditional relational databases and search engines, supporting its narrative as a scalable, cost-efficient analytics platform. If similar migrations are replicated across other large customers, ClickHouse could see increased adoption of its cloud offering, potentially driving recurring revenue growth and enhancing its standing within the modern data infrastructure and analytics market.
