According to a recent LinkedIn post from ClickHouse, the data analytics firm is now available as a beta destination within Fivetran for its ClickHouse Cloud offering. The integration is described as enabling data ingestion from more than 500 SaaS sources, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and Zendesk, directly into ClickHouse Cloud without custom pipelines or integration code.

The post highlights support for History Mode with full SCD Type 2 capabilities, suggesting that users can retain detailed change histories for records over time. It also notes compute-compute separation, indicating that data ingestion workloads can be isolated from analytical queries, which may help preserve performance for business-critical analytics.
For investors, this beta integration suggests a deeper alignment between ClickHouse and a widely used ETL provider, potentially lowering adoption friction for enterprise customers already standardized on Fivetran. If the beta leads to broad production use, ClickHouse could see accelerated customer acquisition, higher data volumes on its cloud platform, and stronger positioning against other cloud-native analytics databases.
The move also indicates a focus on interoperability within the modern data stack, which may enhance ClickHouse’s relevance in competitive procurement cycles where ease of integration is a key decision factor. Over time, improved connectivity to SaaS data sources could support higher usage-based revenues, better retention among data-driven customers, and increased ecosystem visibility alongside established infrastructure and analytics vendors.
