Citroniq Secures 15-Year Offtake Covering Half of Planned Nebraska Polypropylene Capacity

According to a recent LinkedIn post from Citroniq Chemicals, the company has entered into a 15‑year binding offtake agreement with Premier Product Marketing, a Vinmar company, for long-term supply of its OrganiqPP biogenic polypropylene. The post indicates that the contract covers 50% of the planned capacity at Citroniq’s upcoming Nebraska manufacturing facility, with production currently targeted for 2029.

The LinkedIn post highlights growing demand for drop-in, carbon-negative polypropylene that can integrate into existing manufacturing processes while helping customers address Scope 3 emissions. For investors, a long-duration offtake representing half of planned output may enhance revenue visibility, support project financing, and signal early market validation in packaging, consumer goods, automotive, and industrial applications.

The post also suggests that Citroniq is positioning itself as a scalable supplier in the sustainable plastics and bioplastics segment, where regulatory and corporate decarbonization pressures are intensifying. If execution and plant commissioning proceed as expected, the agreement could underpin long-term cash flow from 2029 onward and strengthen the company’s competitive standing in low-carbon polypropylene solutions.
