CISO Global, Inc. has appointed Dhaval Damania as Executive Vice President of Cybersecurity & IT, elevating its internal leadership capacity to execute on AI-powered cybersecurity and compliance growth plans. Reporting into the Scottsdale-based provider of cyber software and services, Damania will oversee enterprise cybersecurity and IT operations, with a mandate to harden the company’s security architecture and scale its AI-driven product portfolio.

His remit includes aligning CISO Global’s technology roadmap with commercial objectives, accelerating automation initiatives, and embedding operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration across the business. The company expects his leadership to support talent development and consistent service delivery for a growing client base, complementing the recent hire of a new Vice President of Sales as CISO Global builds out a management bench aimed at sustaining long-term shareholder value.

Damania joins from CyraCom International, where he served as AVP of Information Technology and managed complex IT environments, following earlier senior roles leading infrastructure, cybersecurity, and global technology operations at Iridium and IO Data Centers. CISO Global’s CEO, David Jemmett, framed the appointment as pivotal to speeding innovation and strengthening execution around next-generation cyber offerings that rely on AI and proactive defense.

For executives and investors, the move signals continued investment in internal operating discipline to support product-led growth, particularly in AI-enabled threat detection and managed cybersecurity services. While no financial guidance accompanied the announcement, the leadership expansion underscores a strategic focus on scalability and margin improvement through automation, more robust internal controls, and tighter alignment between product development, service delivery, and go-to-market efforts.

Management has characterized CISO Global as operating at the intersection of AI, automation, and proactive cybersecurity, a positioning that will likely demand sustained capital and expertise in enterprise IT operations. The company has cautioned that execution risks remain, noting in its forward-looking statements that outcomes will depend on successful integration of new leaders and delivery on its technology and growth roadmap amid evolving cyber threats and regulatory requirements.
