Circit Raises $22 Million to Accelerate AI-Driven Audit Verification and U.S. Expansion

New updates have been reported about Circit.

Circit has secured $22 million in growth equity funding, led by Ten Coves Capital with participation from existing backers Aquiline and MiddleGame Ventures, to scale its independent audit verification platform and accelerate U.S. market entry. The capital raise follows a year in which Circit was adopted by more than 400 audit firms, including all of the Top 20 global networks, and supported verification activities across over 30,000 banks, fund administrators, and other evidence providers.

The company will use the new capital to advance AI-powered workflows, deepen bank API connectivity, and significantly expand go-to-market and customer success teams, with plans to double headcount over the next two years. Circit’s platform already facilitates digital audit confirmations, direct access to bank-verified transaction data, and end-to-end collaboration, independently verifying assets and liabilities for 150,000 corporates and over 100 million transactions annually, positioning it as core infrastructure for the shift to real-time, data-driven audit and compliance.
