The platform introduces structured placement modes, including offset placement for uniform layouts, multi-item assembly in a single pass, and stacked placement in deep trays without damaging lower layers. These capabilities are being marketed to high-volume segments such as retail grab-and-go, airline catering, hospitals, and school meal programs, with deployments available in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. under a robotics-as-a-service model that supports recurring revenue.

Commercial outreach is being reinforced by Chef Robotics’ participation at the Food Northwest Process & Packaging Expo 2026 in Portland, where the company is showcasing live demonstrations of its food processing automation technology. The event is expected to support lead generation and strengthen relationships with food manufacturers evaluating either initial automation or scale-up of existing lines.
