Chargeflow is expanding its North American presence with a new office at 1 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City, signaling a commitment to scale its U.S. operations and support a fast-growing merchant base. The location, managed via Tishman Speyer’s Studio platform, is intended to house high-performing, collaborative teams at the center of one of the country’s most important commercial and fintech markets.
CEO Ariel Chen said the New York expansion reflects strong regional momentum as merchants across eCommerce, fintech, and digital services increase adoption of Chargeflow’s automated chargeback management and dispute intelligence platform. The New York team has been central to U.S. go-to-market and partnership activity, and VP of Sales Gabi Kobrin noted that the company’s U.S. sales growth and product-market fit continue to exceed expectations, prompting active hiring for enterprise sales and business development roles to further accelerate revenue and market penetration.
